My design needs to support a decent amount of load, so I want to use the thickest metal possible while still being able to be bent. Prefer mild steel. Thanks!
We can bend up to .250" (1/4") in mild steel, 5052 aluminum, and stainless steel. Thanks!
What is the strongest metal that you can bend?
Stainless steel will probably be the strongest for a given thickness, but more expensive than mild steel. Use aluminum if weight is a concern
