I’m designing a chassis for a small bot and I’d really like to try out polycarbonate. Never really worked with this material, though. I need to bend the sides up (box will be about 1.5" tall) and would love to have SCS do the cutting and bending.
I keep running into issues with torn material and insufficient bend reliefs. What’s the best relief shape for polycarbonate? Does anyone have any suggestions for relief depth or how to design the flanges to prevent collision?
